There is a class for babies through 6th graders, based on their age or school grade. Sunday school begins at 9 am.
Pre-K and Kindergarteners attend Route 52, Children's Church during the worship service that begins at 10:15 am on Sunday mornings. This time prepares kids to join parents for the entire worship service.
Preschoolers learn spiritual truths through song combined with fun activities that help teach rhythm and experience with basic instruments like the triangle and shakers. Preschoolers are invited to help lead in song on Sunday mornings throughout the school year. Preschool Choir begins Sunday evenings at 5 pm.
Preschoolers are invited to study worldwide missions through activities and stories. The kids learn that not everyone knows about God and how they can share God's love through missions. Mission Friends is Sunday evenings from 5:35 - 6:30 pm.
At TeamKid, pre-k 4 through 6th graders will learn Bible lessons that they can use in everyday life. These classes are high energy and help build a foundation of Biblical truths for our kids. TeamKid is Wednesday nights from 6 - 7:30 pm.
Babies 6 weeks through 3 year olds are invited to an extended time of teaching and play during Sunday morning, Sunday evening, and Wednesday night services.
Each Sunday morning during the worship service, children pre-k 4 through 6th grade will be invited to the front steps of the stage for an age appropriate message.
Grade schoolers are invited to learn that we were created to worship God and one way to do that is through song. Here they learn basic vocal technique, rhythm, and music theory skills. Our children help lead worship on Sunday mornings several times a semester. Children's Choir begins Sunday evenings at 5 pm.
RA and GA students meet together Sunday evenings from 5:35 - 6:30 pm to learn about people and places from around the world. This year in Missions, we are learning about unreached people groups in the 10/40 window. We learn geography and animals and customs and traditions. We eat foods from the country. We pray for the missionaries and those who are persecuted in each country, and we think about ways that our lives can be used to help them. We memorize portions of scripture, and we play games and have fun together along the way.
Bible Drill happens during the school year on Wednesday nights at 5:30 pm. 4th through 6th graders spend time memorizing scripture and compete in the church, association, and state level drills.
The first Friday of each month, unless otherwise noted, is Parent's Night Out for 6-week-olds through 6th graders. This free childcare night is from 6-9 pm, offered for Kingsville members. To register follow the link sent in the church newsletter or call the church office.
Mother's Day Out is Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 am - 2:20 pm for children 6-week-olds through pre-k. This ministry is for Kingsville members and nonmembers alike. To register, call Teresa Lockhart in the MDO office at 318-640-0952.
