KBC STUDENT MINISTRY

The Students of KBC meet every Sunday morning at 9:00 in Big House for Bible Study.  And, they meet every Wednesday night at  6:00 for Wednesday Night Live (WNL) – a time of Bible Study, food, and fellowship in Big House.

They also participate in many activities throughout the year such as Lake Day, YEC, Fall Festival,
Christmas Progressive Supper, and many more.

Each year the students participate in a growth-focused weekend called Disciple Now (DNOW).  This is a local event where the students stay in church homes and participate in Bible Study and various activities and mission projects.

Every summer the students participate in a national gathering called MFUGE.  The youth travel to a site, either a college location or a conference center.  At MFuge, students are divided into groups for Bible study and ministry based on the type of work they request.  Adult leaders from our church accompany the groups to their ministry sites.  During the day students are challenged and stretched as individuals; in the evenings, they have an opportunity to build group unity over dinner, worship, fellowship and church group devotions.  MFuge is designed to give students a mission experience that opens their eyes to similar opportunities they may have to service in their own communities,
learning to live life each day on mission!
